About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and articulate Territory Manager to drive customer acquisition and engagement across schools. You will be responsible for promoting Burlington English’s blended learning solutions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote Burlington English’s solutions to prospective and existing schools, effectively engaging key decision-makers including principals and educators.
  • Build and maintain a robust database of schools and learners.
  • Develop and sustain positive, long-term business relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring high-quality delivery and service standards.
  • Conduct outreach through school visits, cold calling, networking, and CRM techniques.
  • Coordinate and manage school onboarding operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, generate territory reports, and identify growth opportunities.

About the Role

Product training is a key pillar in our strategy to drive adoption and maximise the impact of our offerings. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering product demonstrations and providing hands-on support, ensuring customers are confident and successful in using our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online and face-to-face product demonstrations to clients and educators.
  • Plan and conduct refresher training sessions for teachers to ensure continued effective product use.
  • Track product usage and share fortnightly reports with product specialists, ensuring benchmarks are met.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to the editorial team to support product improvements.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships, providing timely support and updates.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to all service quality parameters.
  • Keep internal teams informed of product updates and new features.
  • Identify and support the onboarding of freelance trainers as part of the regional training network.
