For children, especially in the early years, it becomes even more critical to build healthy habits, as good habits shape their personalities as they grow up. Children need to build healthy habits so that they grow up into adults who are disciplined and responsible.

1. Waking up early

Children who wake up early in the morning are more disciplined and organised. Moreover, it is a great way to help them learn time management. 2. Maintaining personal hygiene
